Content marketer, writer, and editor
Digital marketing strategist + writer
I'm a strategist and writer hybrid who's passionate about the intersection of ideas, culture, and brands.
As the content lead on the Global Brand Marketing team at the marketing agency Jack Morton Worldwide (IPG), I oversee all content and communications efforts for the brand, including content strategy, messaging, internal communications, digital, and social media.
Prior to Jack, I served as the Content Strategist at Columbia University and as a freelance content creator for brands including Capital One, Contently, Pure Michigan, and more. I was an editor for the award-winning literary magazine Guernica and was a freelance writer published in The Atlantic, NYmag.com, Jezebel, and elsewhere. With more than 10 years of editorial and marketing experience, I have a track record of discovering consumer and cultural insights in order to tell strategic stories that build brands and develop audiences.
I'm an industry leader, having earned my M.S. in Strategic Communications at Columbia University in February 2017. I also guide and mentor junior strategists as a coach for the 4A's Multicultural Advertising Intern Program (MAIP) and as an associate faculty member for the communications graduate program at Columbia University.
