Content marketer, writer, and editor
I'm a strategist who's passionate about the intersection of ideas, culture, and brands.
As an events and experiential marketing strategist for the agency George P. Johnson, I help create experiences that differentiate my Fortune 100 technology client from its competitors.
Previously, I worked as the content lead on the Global Brand Marketing team at the marketing agency Jack Morton Worldwide (IPG), overseeing all content and communications efforts for the brand. Prior to Jack, I served as the Content Strategist at Columbia University and as a freelance content creator for brands including Capital One, Contently, Pure Michigan, and more.
I was an editor for the award-winning literary magazine Guernica and was a freelance writer published in The Atlantic, NYmag.com, Jezebel, and elsewhere. With more than 10 years of editorial and marketing experience, I have a track record of discovering consumer and cultural insights in order to tell strategic stories that build brands and develop audiences.
I earned my M.S. in Strategic Communications at Columbia University in February 2017. That year, I also guided and mentored junior strategists as a coach for the 4A's Multicultural Advertising Intern Program (MAIP) and as an associate faculty member for the communications graduate program at Columbia University.
