Content marketer, writer, and editor
I'm a strategist who's passionate about the intersection of ideas, culture, and brands.
As an events and experiential marketing strategist for the agency George P. Johnson, I help create experiences that differentiate my Fortune 100 technology client from its competitors.
Occasionally, I take on freelance marketing and brand strategy consulting projects for local, small businesses in the tri-state area.
Previously, I worked as the content lead at the marketing agency Jack Morton Worldwide (IPG). Prior to Jack, I served as the Content Strategist at Columbia University and as a freelance content creator for brands including Capital One, Contently, Pure Michigan, and more.
I was an editor for the award-winning literary magazine Guernica and was a freelance writer published in The Atlantic, NYmag.com, Jezebel, and elsewhere. With more than 10 years of editorial and marketing experience, I have a track record of discovering consumer and cultural insights in order to tell strategic stories that build brands and develop audiences.
I earned my M.S. in Strategic Communications at Columbia University in February 2017. That year, I also guided and mentored junior strategists as an associate faculty member for the communications graduate program at Columbia University.
